For me, the biggest thing I knew I would give up becoming a vegetarian was chicken..it seemed to be incorporated into many meals! But, being a vegetarian doesn’t mean you have to give up your favourite things or put in extra time.

Below is a meal that is fast, efficient, healthy and tastes good with any meat alternative. This veggie and bean wrap takes about 5-10 minutes to make. All you need is:

  • Whole Grain wraps
  • Kale or Spinach
  • Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Cheese
  • * Your preferred meat alternative: Veggie Chicken Tenders (Yes, you can get your chicken fix with these!)/Chickpeas/Tuna/Lentils you name it!
