Below is a meal that is fast, efficient, healthy and tastes good with any meat alternative. This veggie and bean wrap takes about 5-10 minutes to make. All you need is:
- Whole Grain wraps
- Kale or Spinach
- * Your preferred meat alternative: Veggie Chicken Tenders (Yes, you can get your chicken fix with these!)/Chickpeas/Tuna/Lentils you name it!
