Taco’bout a vegetarian taco salad!

Ahh so simple and easy..

Tonight, a client and I made a vegetarian taco salad.

Ingriedients included lettuce, tomatoes, onions, whole wheat tortilla chips, and vegetarian beef. 

Crush up the chips, and add to the bowl with the chopped up veggies. Cook the beef with sauce of your preference, and within 15 minutes you have yourself a quick and satisfying meal!
