Taco’bout a vegetarian taco salad!

Ahh so simple and easy.. Tonight, a client and I made a vegetarian taco salad. Ingriedients included lettuce, tomatoes, onions, whole wheat tortilla chips, and vegetarian beef.  Crush up the chips, and add to the bowl with the chopped up veggies.
